Ashby-de-la-Zouch was a bustling spa town in the nineteenth century. One of its most popular springs was on the perimeter of the former Holywell Spring Farm. Springfields is built on the site of the old farm, and has taken inspiration from nature and history to produce apartments dedicated to health and wellbeing, homes where light and space combine to create a feeling of starting afresh at a pace to suit residents lifestyles. It comprises 65 beautiful supported living apartments and boasts a bistro and beauty salon, as well as a community hub where residents can socialise with their guests.
Designed by architects BRP for emh care & support, built by Willmott Dixon and captured in time-lapse by Regenology (us!), this development took 2 years to build and has been welcoming residents since September 2021.
