We were commissioned by East Thames Housing to create a time-lapse film the construction of their new headquarters in Stratford, East London.

Demolition at the site started back in 2006, with the completed building officially opened by His Royal Highness The Duke of Kent on 24th June 2008.

The 100,000 sq. ft purpose built development brings together the Group`s 600 head office staff, enabling East Thames to provide improved services to customers.

East Thames has worked hard to ensure that the building is environmentally-friendly. It has a `brown roof` with bat and bird boxes that can host local flora and fauna, uses recycled rain water to flush the toilets, is highly energy-efficient and even has carbon-neutral chairs. The building was constructed with urban developer First Base and construction company Laing O`Rourke, with architects Fletcher Priest.

Regenology installed one of their Time-Lapse cameras at the start of the project and supported the system right through the demolition and construction phase of the project.

The completed film was displayed on large screens at the official opening ceremony and clearly shows East Thames' commitment to the regeneration of East London.
